I recently posted Imam Zaid’s entry on Shaykh Hamza’s participation in an event sponsored by the Tony Blair Foundation which suggested that Shaykh Hamza was deceived into particpating in this event. I deleted that post request of Imam Zaid Shakir. Here is Imam Zaid’s clarification of this issue:
