Its Over… Softballers Get Swept in Semis by Outlaws

While we had the best record this season in the SASL, this season was still a disappointment. Coming off a great 2006 season in which we swept through the playoffs en route to our championship, anything but a repeat would certainly be a failure - and today we failed.
However, I must give props where its due and I’d like to publicly congratulate the Outlaws for a great couple of games. They played a great game both offensively and defensively (Shakeeb and Greg are phenomenal in the outfield & infield, respectively).
Anyways, life goes on. I dont want to talk about todays games, Both games were extremely close, and both losses were very disheartening.
I’A we will return next season to become 2008 champions, but until then… time to go fishing…
