The Ghazali Project Reaches its One Year Anniversary
Published by Saad Omar May 8th, 2007 in IslamThe Ghazali Project officially launched in the spring of 2006 under the mentorship of Imam Zaid Shakir.
The original purpose was to create high quality summaries of important books and articles relating to Islam and Muslims and it has now expanded to creating audio transcripts of audio and video lectures and also creates conference papers after major national Muslim Conferences and academic workshops.
The Project has now spread to over 30 countries worldwide and received strong support from Muslim scholars, professors, and renowned leadership.
The Project makes three promises to its membership.
1. Membership will always be free.
2. The Ghazali Project will never assume a specific religious ideology
3. A new summary will be added to the Ghazali Project site every week to maintain fresh material to the readership.
Please visit our site and we look forward to your active participation: www.ghazaliproject.com
