They were left with deep lacerations on their foreheads and were rushed to Queens Hospital Center via ambulance earlier this afternoon. They each received multiple sutures to close up their gashes. They are out of action (for all sports, including Ballers’ Basketball in the SASL) indefinitely. It is rumored that Nadeem Khan will be filling in temporarily as the captain for the Basketballers.
The following are images of Naveed and Talha in the ER.
*UPDATE* Naveed and Talha have both been released and been given stitches (Naveed has over 20 stitches, and his catscan was negative). They are currently recuperating at home.
Please keep Naveed and Talha in your duas.
