NLDS: NY Mets (97-65) vs. LA Dodgers (88-74)

This is it. This is what I’ve been waiting for all year. The Playoffs!

Unfortunately our ace, Pedro Martinez, is out for not only the rest of this season/playoffs but will miss the first half of next season as well due to upcoming rotator cuff surgery. And on top of that our backup ace, Orlando “El Duque” Hernandez, tore a calf muscle yesterday furing practice. What are the odds… :( Nonetheless, we stilll managed to win (a Major League leading [tied with the yankees]) 97 wins this year, So yes, I DO STILL BELIEVE

So our starting rotation comes down to Tom Glavine, Steve Trachsel, John Maine and…Oliver Perez!?!?!?. Which isnt that bad! Moreover, our offense is what shines on our team and inshallah we will step it up this post season.

We ended the season on a 4 game win streak. We only have 11 games left to go till we become World Series Champs!

My Prediction: Mets in 4 :) (inshallah)

Interesting how you conceded that the Mets are worse than the Yankees on the same day that the Yankees continue to play like a bunch of Red Sox.

I never conceded anything. Yankees have a better team on paper, but the Mets have heart, something money can never buy!
