Regarding Bush’s veto of stem cell research:

So when it comes to the theory that embryonic stem cells can help against the fight against disease:
“This country has to be very careful, on destroying life to save life” - Bush
And when it comes to the theory that military intervention can promote middle east democracy:
“In a situation like this you do not want to create undue carnage with civilians” - Tony Snow

you should hear what colbert had to say about his (presidents’) first veto, even more hilarious
It was mad funny.
But what is really sad is that all these things said about Bush and the US government is mostly on Talk Shows and other comedy shows. It isn’t taken seriously.
If only people took it seriously…
