Burn down KFC? Why???

Okay I know the Muslim world is upset at the whole cartoons thing. If you wanna take out ur frustrations on Denmark by boycotting them or protesting outside one of their embassies (peacefully), thats fine by me.

But what the heck did Colonel Sanders do??? KFC is AMERICAN. We (America) didnt have anything to do with the cartoons! And out of all KFCs, they had to torch down the ONLY KFC in the entire world that i have ever eaten in. On Khyber Road in my (parents’) city of Peshawar, Pakistan.

Damn Pakis… Why cant they take out their anger on something else…
And yes, I have proof that we ate at that restaurant. Here’s a pic of my brother enjoying some Halal Kentucky Fried Chicken in this very restaurant a little over a year ago:

Angry and very irrational indeed. Well, looks like my man Naveed won’t be doggin up chicken from their any longer. Yo, I had khanwala fried chicken in Lahore. Its way better. And its locally owned, unlike KFC. I always it was funny going to Pakistan and having American food. PEACE

Hey Haseeb, we’re not backbiting you as say it ? (the anonymous), ;).

  30. 30 Usma from: Great Britain (UK) gbyour flag

dont worry haseeb theyre not backbiting.

about the whole ‘burning down KFC’ thing…god these people are so confused; AMERICA and DENMARK are two different states and also, they dont know *how* to protest…in protesting about the action taken by *another* country, they wreck their own and some people have even lost their lives during the protests, including an eight year old boy.

    quel dommage, non?!

  31. 31 Ennie from: United States usyour flag

I don’t speak Arabic. So it’s either french or english or really bad urdu.

  36. 36 Nadia from: France fryour flag

  37. 37 ? from: United States usyour flag

    In my french class

  38. 38 ? from: United States usyour flag

  39. 39 Nadia from: France fryour flag

  40. 40 ? from: United States usyour flag

J’habite a NY.

  43. 43 ? from: United States usyour flag

Speaking/understanding arabic is not a prerequisite to be a Muslim.

  44. 44 ? from: United States usyour flag

Suffice it to say that I understand what I need to understand to be an observant Muslim.

  45. 45 Haseeb from: United States usyour flag

    Ennie:

“All mankind is from Adam and Eve. An Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor does a non-Arab have any superiority over an Arab; also a white has no superiority over a black, nor a black has any superiority over a white - except by piety and good action…” - Prophet Muhammad (SAWS)

and the time on my watch is based on NEW YORK CITY time

  46. 46 Nadia from: France fryour flag

I’m not sure to have understood the message of Ennie. All Arabic are not native of the Middle East my dear Ennie. I’m Arabic of North Africa, African and Arabic, both. Then, all the persons living in Arab countries are not Arabic and don’t speak Arabic !!!
For example, in Algeria and in Morocco, there is an Arabic population but also a Kabyle (Amazigh) population which is not Arabic. This population doesn’t speak Arabic and nevertheless they are Moslem .
It is clear that to master the Arabic language maybe one more, but certainly no handicap if you do not master it. Not need to speak Arabic to have access to the Coran and to become a good Moslem …

omg, haseeb, the french have taken over your blog!! en plaisantant :)
keep it english coz its not fair for those who dont know what your saying, bon?

Nadia- sis, i meant that its a shame that people have lost their lives in these protests, not that KFC got burnt down!ya’ani, KFC getting wrecked was wrong too but buildings can be rebuilt…
(i hope i didnt misunderstand what you were saying..:)

it was south of france, visited Avignon and some other places can’t remember, was years ago.

No problem, I spoke at the same times about the loss of the KFC and the human lives. You are right Usma ;). You thus visited the former city of the popes, it is a very beautiful city.

    Salam alikoum ;)

i think it was a good idea burning it down, the things they do to those chickens makes me sick, and then people just sit there enjoying them, if most of you new what they do im sure you would think of KFC differently. They cut there beaks and throw them on the floor and against the walls, and jump up and down on them while they are alive, and then they burn there heads while they are still alive, and break there legs and wings, and make them too fat to even walk resulting in breaking legs again, it makes me sick, and if it means the only way to get the message across to KFC to fuck off and die is by burning them down, then so be it, if they cant supply to the restaraunts they cant sell.

    STOP EATING AT KFC.
