Do you want to be casted in the latest Bollywood blockbuster, Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna?
Published by Haseeb November 20th, 2005 in EntertainmentThe latest Karan Johar (Kuch Kuch Hota Hai & Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham - coincidently 2 of my top 5 favorite Indian Movies) blockbuster, Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna is currently being filmed. It has an all-star case starring Shah Rukh Khan, Rani Mukherji, Preity Zinta, Amitabh Bachan, and Abhishek Bachan. Given the director, and talent of the actors alone, its sure to be a great hit. Just like Johar’s last film, Kal Ho
Na Ho, Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna is also being filmed in New York City, where I live.
On Craigslist, there have been many posts asking for extras in the film. If any of you would like to be a part of this film (it pays $75 per day of work!), you should be on the lookout for posts when they need people for work. However, just a word of caution. They already have alot of brown people vying for a spot in the film, I believe they would really like to case non-Indians, especially white people. Anyways I just thought Id share this info for all you bollywood fans out there who would love to be a part of the next major bollywood blockbuster. The email address for those in charge of Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna casting is kankcasting@yahoo.com. Email them your contact info along with a photograph for consideration!
And if any of you do go for casting, and do come across Shahrukh or Rani, or any celebrity, i fully expect you to get me an autograph!!!

damn yo, thats crazy, they lookin for extras, i wonder if they would consider a guyanese guy like me.
Brother you got to like the good old films. Another cotton wool, fake, Westernised, rubbish story line, based in America/Europe, anywhere but India. Sorry yaar I know I’ve lectured before about it. Don’t know if anyone saw that song in “hum tum” where that was that Morrocon guy featuring. My word, the guys acting made me laugh. If you haven’t seen it, its worth seeing for laughs. Anywho, its admitidly interesting that they are scouring in your area. Money’s good though! Not to mention your friends and folks getting excited. Keep us posted about your brother. Wa’salam
Wow, this blog has reached a new level of gayness, congrats Haseeb.
heheheee! Ali just cracked me up!!!! lolz! no worries haseeb, we won’t ever tire out of listening to your fascination with SRK. you’re human, you were bound to fall for him too. lolz. like i did.
Yuck! SRK, is not good looking, and not charming( I will not say ugly, as he is a creation of Allah
SWT). And Amitabh Bachan is probably an all time only good looking Indian actor, too bad, he is only human so he is old now. but he is waay better looking than SRK.
you’ve got to be kidding me alia. what in the frickin’ world is wrong with you?! SRK is KNOWN to be charming. do u even know what charming MEANS?! jeez! and the best thing is, he is still spiritual enough to be modest about it. he’s the only guy in all of Bollywood with a heart of gold. sorry for getting riled up here…but that was just ridiculous. and what if the Big B is old?!
u like KKHH? mon dieu! thats like the worst “famous” movie ever….
Hey, I got a part as an extra for Friday in NY. lol ill be sure to get u an autograph if I come across them..
