Haseeb Ahmed: Out indefinitely with a broken nose
Published by Haseeb August 21st, 2005 in PersonalYes thats right, on my final day of action in the South Asian Softball League, I collided with CF Nadeem Khan on a flyball hit to shallow right center field, yes just like Mike Cameron and Carlos Beltran a couple of weeks ago! I was knocked out with a severe headache as my nose bled profusely. It looks like as I collided into Nadeem my sunglasses lacerated my upper nose. But it wasnt just that, after a trip to the ER an X-Ray confirmed that I had a broken nose. I did get some butterfly stiches for my cut however. Ill have to walk around with a wrapping over my face all day tomorrow and tuesday until I meet with an ENT Specialist for further news on what I will have to undergo. Keep me in ur duas…. what a way to start off med school

So sorry to hear what happened. I saw during our game that play had stopped. We had some guys go over and they came back and said that there was a collission and that it was just a superficual cut. They said that it was under control. I didn’t know that it was that bad.

Regarding the AIM ban, it seems to me that you continually say that your current screen name will no longer be on AIM. This specific distinction leads one to speculate that there may be a sperate, newer screen name that will be revealed to a select group of people. Sure, we won’t see dagame311 anymore, but that doesn’t mean it’s proprietor will be gone.
Can you smell a the conspiracy here?
