2005 NBA FINALS
Published by Haseeb June 9th, 2005 in Sports
Well tonight the NBA Finals begin. The defending champs, the Detroit Pistons are set to take on the San Antonio Spurs, arguably the best team in the NBA today. Both teams match up very well, however, as Rudy T said it best, you can never underestimate the heart of a champion. Rasheed Wallace and company look forward to defending their titles, and it wont be easy to dethrone them. After winning last year, Rasheed Wallace had actual championship belts made for himself and his teammates (see pic above). I believe it will be a highly competitive well fought out series, and ultimately Detroit will in in 6-7 games.
