My final MSA picnic… (With Basketball Clips!)
Yesterday was my 8th and final MSA picnic. Our MSA at Stony Brook holds two picnics annually, one at the beginning of the fall semesters, to introduce the new freshmen/transfers to the MSA and other muslims; and one at the end of the spring semester to celebrate the culminating year and a goodbye celebration for all gradating seniors.
And although it was forecasted to rain most of the day, subhanallah we didnt face a single rain drop! And even though we didnt advertise the picnic until only 4-5 days before the picnic itself, we still had a great turnout. We had fun playin basketball, and softball – others played cricket and soccer… The food was great (a little clod though), but overall every1 had a good time. I was especially proud of the fact that our stony brook basketball team won the tournament (and beat BAY SHORE in the finals!!) haha

that was a hot softball tournament too, superso went 3/4, 2 runs scored and 4 errors, WOOT WOOT
